Printers and related equipment need scheduled service done on them. Repairs are expensive and effect productivity. Most failures are due to the lack of basic care. Most service providers only offer expensive yearly contracts. You pay for a whole year of service up front. Our Prevent-Care program is offered as an alternative to these yearly Service Agreements. There's no cost to the customer until service is performed. It's simple, we come out for a Site Survey to inspect and catalog the equipment. If needed we perform the first services at a discount rate. Once all the equipment is working properly we set up a scheduled plan to fit your usage and budget. Once in the database we'll contact you when it's time to have service done. You can select to have the service performed or just have a minimal cleaning and inspection.
